Conduct thorough reviews of client coverage to identify gaps and offer appropriate solutions.
Foster relationships with local families and business owners to understand their long-term protection goals.
Prepare and present insurance quotes that accurately reflect client needs.
Maintain accurate records and handle policy changes with precision and care.
Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and outreach.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate application processing.
Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
Clear and professional communication style in person and over the phone.
Ability to adapt to changing insurance regulations and company policies.
Prior experience in insurance or a related financial services role.
