Warehouse Laborer
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Various Shifts / Open Availability Required
Position Type: Warehouse / General Labor
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Laborers to support warehouse and delivery operations. This is a physically demanding position that includes loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, pushing and pulling carts, cleaning equipment and work areas, and assisting drivers with loading and offloading at job sites as needed.
Candidates must have previous warehouse experience, be comfortable with heavy physical work, and have open availability to work various shifts and days based on operational needs. Reliability, safety, attendance, and the ability to commit to scheduled assignments are extremely important for this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist drivers with loading and offloading materials at job sites.
• Move, push, pull, and transport carts, materials, equipment, and other warehouse items.
• Assist with organizing and staging materials for deliveries.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintaining carts and work areas.
• Use pallet jacks or other basic material-handling equipment when needed.
• Assist drivers and warehouse team members with daily operational needs.
• Perform frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Follow all warehouse, client-site, and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Work cooperatively with drivers, warehouse personnel, supervisors, and MNCP Staffing representatives.
• Perform additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Previous experience loading and unloading trucks required.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Must be physically able to frequently lift, push, pull, bend, stand, walk, and move materials.
• Must have open availability and be able to work various shifts and days as needed.
• Must be dependable and able to consistently report for scheduled assignments.
• Must be willing to assist drivers with loading and offloading when required.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is NOT required for this position.
• Must follow all safety procedures and instructions.
• Must provide and bring their own safety gloves for every shift.
• Must provide own work boots and required work blades/cutting tools.
• Must report to work in required uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Must be able to pass all MNCP Staffing and client pre-employment requirements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has solid warehouse experience, is accustomed to loading and unloading trucks, can handle physically demanding work, and understands the importance of attendance and safety.
