Summary:
We are seeking a New Business Development Associate to join our team at ShotVet. This role is crucial in helping us obtain new locations to expand into different markets. We are currently seeking self-motivating, sociable, proficient communicators to join as our entry-level New Business Development Associate. We are looking for passionate people who want to learn how to develop business in the veterinary industry.
Responsibilities:
In the New Business Development position, you will be required to contact prospective businesses to obtain a mutual agreement. This will allow ShotVet to be able to hold our pet clinics at their location. These duties and responsibilities will include:
%CF; Research new marketing areas.
%CF; Outbound calls to secure locations for our mobile vet service to visit.
%CF; Gather and analyze marketing data and assist with sharing this information accordingly.
%CF; Being in the office on the phone and internet.
%CF; Being organized, self-motivation, pleasant over the phone, with a strong ability to follow up.
%CF; Other duties as assigned.
Education:
%CF; High School Degree (Required)
%CF; Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
%CF; Proven working experience in business development, B2B sales, or otherwise relevant
area with a developed sales track record
%CF; Proficiency in Microsoft Office
%CF; Strong knowledge of Hubspot
%CF; Strong communication skills
%CF; Must be able to submit a background check.
%CF; Must be able to work independently.
