Lead Catering Staff at Elliotts On Linden

We are a busy Catering and Events company seeking to hire on Lead Catering Staff. Work with the best in the business and become a valued team member. We focus on weddings, corporate meetings and other large-scale events. In this role you will lead and supervise staff to ensure client satisfaction through proper food and beverage service and presentation. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading an event from start to finish, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist with planning, packing, delivery and set up of events
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring equipment inventory
• Training and development of new catering team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry
• Capable of working independently and solving problems effectively
• Must be open to working weekends, holidays and offset hours
• Exceptional organizations and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverage
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
