Overview
A fast-growing healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company specializing in ABA billing is seeking a highly driven Director of Operations to help lead the organization through its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day company operations across domestic and international teams
- Manage and support client-facing account management functions
- Serve as an escalation point for high-level client relationships and operational issues
- Build, improve, and document operational systems, processes, and workflows
- Help scale and manage growing overseas teams
- Develop training programs, onboarding processes, and performance standards
- Monitor team productivity, accountability, and operational KPIs
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and company growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and operational efficiencies
- Drive execution across multiple departments while maintaining a strong company culture
Qualifications
- 4+ years of operations, leadership, or management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational execution
- Strong systems-thinking and process improvement ability
- Comfortable managing both people and projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in automation and AI tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside a company
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and accountability
