Responsibilities
Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with local businesses and families to understand their long-term protection goals.

Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure all policy applications and adjustments are handled with precision.

Keep up to date with shifting market trends to ensure your advice remains relevant and highly valuable to those you serve.
Requirements
New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain, accessible language.
Strong organizational skills for managing a diverse client portfolio.
Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
