We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to a client in Georgetown, Texas.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home, school, clinic, or community setting.

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect accurate data during each session.

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

• Follow behavior intervention and treatment protocols.

• Communicate professionally with BCBAs, families, and other team members.

• Maintain accurate session documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required.

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred.

• Reliable transportation.

• Valid Texas driver's license.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional.

• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.
