Overview
As a WFM Specialist I at Wellpath, you will hold a pivotal position in enhancing workforce planning and management. Your primary responsibilities will encompass tasks such as scheduling, position management, and forecasting, all aimed at maximizing the efficient utilization of Wellpath's workforce management platforms. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our workforce, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site leadership and the WFM team to optimize resources through position management and scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Assist in administering workforce management software and tools, providing first-level support to site leadership for WFM tasks.
- Monitor and report on workforce performance, collecting and analyzing data to support forecasting and capacity planning efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for workforce management processes, providing statistical reports to managers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce activities and provide support to higher-level WFM specialists when required.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in business administration, health care administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Medical or Correctional industry knowledge/experience mandatory.
- 1-2 years of Site Administrative experience, or equivalent, preferred.
- Direct staff scheduling experience preferred.
- UKG, Salesforce, ServiceNow experience preferred
