    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nutrition services professional to join our team as a Dietary Compliance Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about improving care across multiple long-term care facilities.     Job Duties:

  • Conduct audits and mock surveys.

  • Support facilities maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Conduct education and in-services to staff.

    Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Dietary Manager.

  • Must have ServSafe.

  • Must have experience of Dietary Manager experience in a skilled nursing facility.

  • Must have solid knowledge base of State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.

  • Must be able to travel to our facilities.
