Sales & Customer Service Representative – $20/hr + CommissionRiverside, CA | In-Person | Full-Time
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM | No Weekends
$20/hour + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses


Our State Farm agency is looking for a motivated, dependable professional to join our team in a sales and customer service role.


No insurance experience is required. We're looking for someone who communicates well, follows through, enjoys working with people and is motivated by sales goals and the opportunity to earn more.

Experience in sales, banking, wireless, retail, leasing, hospitality, automotive, call centers or other customer-facing roles can translate well to this position.

We'll provide training on our products, systems and processes, along with warm leads and opportunities to work with our existing customer base.


What You'll Do

  • Follow up with leads and prepare insurance quotes
  • Recommend coverage based on customer needs
  • Ask for the sale and follow up consistently
  • Cross-sell products to existing customers
  • Assist customers with policy and billing questions
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
This is a sales-focused role. You should be comfortable talking with customers, following up with prospects and asking for their business.

  • Spanish fluency is highly preferred, but not required
Licensing Requirement

You do not need an insurance license to apply.
If hired, you must obtain your California Property & Casualty insurance license within 60 days.


Licensing coursework, exam fees and related expenses are the employee's responsibility. We'll provide guidance on the licensing process.
