Shift Lead - Weekend Evenings

SoBol Beverly is currently seeking shift leads to join our team. SoBol provides the community with delicious acai bowls and fruit smoothies in a fun, upbeat café with a beachy vibe. At SoBol, shift leads will oversee the efficient running of the café, make sure the required tasks are accomplished, and ensure restaurant patrons have a great experience. Weekend availability is required. Strong work ethic and positive mindset are a must!

Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Trains staff, facilitates breaks, and monitors staffing levels
• Oversees stock levels
• Ensures the neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness of the facility
• Handles customer inquiries
• Greet customers
• Solve or escalate customer, employee, and operational issues
• Ensure compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation, and company policies and operating procedures, including following company procedures and checklists
• Delegate and get things done promptly
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in food service
• Excellent customer service
• Flexibility
• Great interpersonal skills
• Great communication skills
• Great problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• ServSafe Food Handlers License preferred
• Can provide own transportation (required)
• Availability must include closing shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Positive mindset and strong work ethic
• Must be 18 or older

Starting at $16 per hour plus tips. Compensation commensurate with experience.
