HealthYes Talent Partners is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a growing independent medical practice in the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area. The practice is expanding its services from a primarily pediatric population to include young adults and broader family medicine care. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys continuity of care and wants to help shape a developing primary care service line within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time outpatient position
  • Four-day clinical workweek
  • One evening shift per week
  • Partial Saturday approximately every four to six weeks
  • Shared call
  • No pediatric inpatient admissions
  • Established patient population
  • Experienced clinical and administrative support
  • Modern laboratory and diagnostic resources
  • EMR patient-management platform

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care
  • Perform newborn, well-child, adolescent, and routine follow-up visits
  • Diagnose and manage pediatric medical conditions
  • Monitor growth, development, and behavioral health
  • Educate patients, parents, and caregivers
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and advanced-practice providers
  • Participate in shared call and limited Saturday coverage

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
  • Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong communication and patient-education skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, family-centered care
  • Pediatric behavioral or mental health experience is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are valued
