About the Role:
As a Caregiver at Modani Care, you will:
Provide one-on-one care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help clients with meal preparation, medication management, and housekeeping
Engage in meaningful conversations and social interactions to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
Coordinate with clients' family members and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive care plan
Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to the care team
