What You'll Be Doing

As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients for daily meals, including washing, chopping, and portioning.
• Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Supporting the Head Chef and other team members as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is reliable, hardworking, and passionate about food. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or food preparation role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with the team.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
