We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and wants to contribute to a positive, service-focused environment.What You'll DoAs a Hotel Facility Attendant, you'll play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest experience throughout the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, fitness areas, and other common spacesSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform other routine cleaning tasksClean and restock public restroomsCollect trash and maintain cleanliness around parking lots and exterior areasMonitor public areas and address cleanliness or maintenance concernsAssist the housekeeping team with additional cleaning and guest-service needsHelp maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team membersComplete routine cleaning inspections and address areas that need additional attentionWhat We're Looking ForNo hotel experience required-we will train the right person!Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spacesAbility to work independently and stay productive throughout the shiftReliable, dependable, and punctual work habitsPositive, team-oriented attitudeStrong time-management and organizational skillsFriendly, professional, and guest-focused approachAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shiftAbility to lift and carry cleaning supplies and other items as neededScheduleFull-time positionApproximately 5 days per weekMust be available to work weekendsFlexible availability for varying shifts preferredYou Know You're Successful When...You know you're successful when our public areas are consistently clean, organized, and ready for guests; housekeeping and other departments can count on you for support; you notice and address cleanliness issues before they become problems; andguests experience a hotel that feels welcoming, comfortable, and well cared for because of the work you do behind the scenes.Apply TodayReady to join a great hospitality team in Nampa?
