You will oversee a lounge restaurant and bar that caters to both events and walk-in dining, ensuring a premium experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the lounge restaurant and bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Oversee entertainment events, including coordination with DJs and performers.
- Foster relationships with high net worth guests to provide personalized service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Lead and train front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of late-night entertainment operations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Availability to work late nights and weekends as required.
