This is a hands-on installation role. You'll be in the field or in our shop most days, working with a small team or independently once trained.
$22–$25/hour, based on experience, with piece-rate opportunities.
Full-time, Monday–Friday, steady year-round work.
Install wire shelving, closet systems, and storage solutions
Measure, cut, and assemble materials to fit each space
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Ensure installations are level, secure, and clean
Communicate with team members and occasionally homeowners on-site
Keep job sites clean and professional
Follow installation standards so work holds up long-term
Experience in construction, installation, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, or similar hands-on work
Comfortable using basic tools such as drills, saws, levels, and anchors
Ability to read a tape measure and follow installation instructions
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of your work
Able to lift and move materials (50+ lbs at times)
Valid driver's license
Closet or shelving installation experience
Trim carpentry or framing background
Experience working in occupied homes
Clear expectations before the job starts
Consistent workflow and scheduling
