Installer – Shelving & Closet Systems

This is a hands-on installation role. You'll be in the field or in our shop most days, working with a small team or independently once trained.

$22–$25/hour, based on experience, with piece-rate opportunities.
Full-time, Monday–Friday, steady year-round work.

What you'll do
  • Install wire shelving, closet systems, and storage solutions

  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials to fit each space

  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Ensure installations are level, secure, and clean

  • Communicate with team members and occasionally homeowners on-site

  • Keep job sites clean and professional

  • Follow installation standards so work holds up long-term

What we're looking for
  • Experience in construction, installation, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, or similar hands-on work

  • Comfortable using basic tools such as drills, saws, levels, and anchors

  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow installation instructions

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of your work

  • Able to lift and move materials (50+ lbs at times)

  • Valid driver's license

Nice to have — not required
  • Closet or shelving installation experience

  • Trim carpentry or framing background

  • Experience working in occupied homes
