Class A CDL Driver – Local | $32/hr | Denver, CO
We’re hiring dependable Class A CDL Drivers for local truckload deliveries in Denver. This is primarily drop-and-hook, no-touch freight, with home-daily routes.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM start
- 50–55 hours per week
- Home daily
- Must be willing to transition to an overnight schedule (5:00 PM–5:00 AM) if hired permanently
- +$1/hr for transitioning to the overnight schedule
Pay
- $32/hour
- Weekly pay
Job Responsibilities
- Operate 53’ dry vans and flatbeds
- Transport and deliver wooden pallets to customer facilities and plants
- Primarily drop-and-hook, no-touch freight
- Complete delivery paperwork and pre/post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Occasionally lift 50–75 lbs as needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years experience preferred, Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience;
- Experience must be within the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Must pass DOT physical and road test
- PSP score of 10 or below (scores above 10 require company approval)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to wear required PPE
- Must be comfortable working in varying weather and physical conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Doubles/Triples endorsement with 3+ months of proven experience
- Logistics, warehouse, or OTR experience
- Familiarity with ELDs and DOT regulations
