What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
• Provide detailed repair and maintenance estimates
• Clearly explain services, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain high Service Experience Index (SEI) scores
• Manage appointment scheduling and daily workflow
• Answer inbound calls and follow up with customers
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote retention

• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
