We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-driven setting. Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, package, and process products according to specifications

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects

• Monitor the production line and report equipment or safety concerns

• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Meet daily production, quality, and performance goals

• Complete repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other production team members

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-12 hour shift

• Must be available for mandatory overtime and weekend work as needed

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills

• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Pay

$19.50 - $21.06 per hour

Schedule

Day Shift: 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM

Swing Shift: 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM

Graveyard Shift: 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM

All shifts may require mandatory overtime and weekend work as needed.
