What You'll Be Doing

As a Grill Cook at P.J. Marley's, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, crafting delicious meals that keep our guests coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking food on the grill to perfection.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Following recipes and food safety standards to deliver consistent quality.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role or kitchen environment.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for cooking.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
