We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented leader to oversee all maintenance operations and lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional resident experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with strong people management skills and a passion for maintaining quality living environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across a 300-unit community
  • Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance team members while fostering a positive, safety-focused work culture
  • Manage maintenance budgets effectively, controlling costs while maintaining quality standards
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
  • Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and equipment logs
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes
  • Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance situations
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
  • Train team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • EPA Certification (required)
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification (required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multi-family residential properties
  • Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
  • Strong budget management and financial planning skills
  • Excellent team leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service excellence with a resident-focused mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotation
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
