Kitchen Team Member — Athenian Grill, Fayette Mall

Athenian Grill is hiring kitchen team members at our Fayette Mall location. We're a family-owned Greek restaurant group, and we're growing.

What you'll do

• Prep work: chopping, portioning, building sauces and sides
• Cook to order on the line during lunch and dinner rushes
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Help with closing duties and receiving deliveries

What we're looking for

• Kitchen experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Reliable — shows up on time, ready to work
• Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Weekend and evening availability
• Must be at least 18

Pay and schedule

• Starting at $15/hour
• Full-time and part-time available
• Employee meals
