Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Base salary is $33,280 to $39,520, and average commissions and bonuses in your first year will be around $12,000-$24,000. Our top earners made a total of $78,000 last year.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license is recommended, $500 sign on bonus with active license
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Professional phone etiquette.
