Concrete Finisher - Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher/Laborer to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in concrete finishing, site preparation, and general construction operations within a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:$20 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
Prepare concrete forms and reinforcement, such as rebar installation, to ensure proper support of poured concrete structures.
Operate power tools and hand tools.
Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing and leveling using trowels, floats, and other finishing tools.
Assist with site prep, including heavy lifting of materials and layout from blueprints.
Cut concrete, strip forms, and clean up the jobsite.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing and general construction practices is highly preferred.
Mechanical knowledge of tools such as power drills, saws, and other hand tools.
Ability to read blueprints accurately.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Valid driver's license.
