Heathers Rejuevenating Beauty Bar Inc is seeking a Lash Tech to deliver exceptional lash services and create a welcoming, confidence-boosting experience for every client.

Position Summary

As a Lash Tech, you will provide professional lash services with precision, comfort, and attention to detail. You’ll help clients achieve their desired look while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

In this full-time onsite role in New Bern, NC, you’ll build lasting client relationships through excellent communication, consistent service quality, and a commitment to best practices in hygiene and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lash services according to client requests and established service standards

• Prepare clients before application, address questions, and ensure comfort throughout the service

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment areas and tools

• Document client preferences and service details to support consistent results

• Support a positive, professional client experience by responding to inquiries and managing expectations

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a lash tech (or equivalent hands-on training and readiness to provide lash services)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with care and precision

• Commitment to client safety, sanitation, and hygiene best practices

• Professional communication and a client-focused approach

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform services with steady, controlled handwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with a variety of lash looks and styles based on client goals

• Experience building repeat clientele through excellent service and follow-up

• Familiarity with aftercare guidance and helping clients maintain lash results

• Experience working in a beauty or personal services environment

• Strong time management skills to support a full appointment schedule

Compensation

Hourly rate: $15 - $25
