What You’ll Do

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.

- Monitor and assess children’s progress, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
- Encourage social skills, teamwork, and problem-solving through play-based learning.
- Maintain open communication with parents to support each child’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated educator who brings enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with young children.
- A strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and flexibility in adapting to the needs of a dynamic classroom.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
