PC Technician Join a fast-growing automotive group with unlimited growth potential. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented PC technician to join our IT department. In this role you will set up, maintain, and trouble shot computer systems. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving user technical issues so that they can operate efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Peform routine hardware repairs and system upgrades. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and devices such as printers and scanners. Recondition Computers Installation of Windows OS Basic Network Experience Troubleshoot and resolve hardware,software, and network connectivity issues. Perform routine hardware repairs and system upgrades. Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. Windows Domain knowledge New Printer Installation Printer Troubleshooting Replace Computer Hardware
Job Requirement:QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Background in this field is a plus, but will provide training Knows basic IT skills Experience in computer repairs Problem solving abilities, strong verbal communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude Abilitity to safely lift and manuever up to 50 lbs and comfortablly bend, squat, and reach beneath desks Benefits include medical, vision, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases.
