Job Title: IP Packer
Shift: 2pm-10:30pm
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Position Summary:
The IP Packer is responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment according to quality, safety, and customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
%CF; Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before packing %CF; Pack finished goods accurately and efficiently according to work instructions %CF; Label packages correctly and verify order information
%CF; Maintain a clean and organized work area
%CF; Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
%CF; Meet daily production and accuracy goals
%CF; Report damaged or defective products to a supervisor
%CF; Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
%CF; Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred (not always required) %CF; Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
%CF; Ability to lift up to 25–50lbs
%CF; Strong attention to detail and reliability
%CF; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
%CF; Willingness to work overtime if needed
Work Environment:

%CF; May involve standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
