Product Transfer Operator, 6AM - 6PM - M-Th

We create collaborative partnerships with customers ranging from global Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups.We are currently seeking a Product Transfer Operator to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. This role works onsite at our production facility and is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and transferring product safely and efficiently to support production operations and maintain quality standards.This is a Weekday Day Shift position: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Job Duties and Responsibilities Product Transfer & SanitationEnsure all compounding tanks and related equipment (hoses, pumps, totes, etc.) are properly cleaned and sanitized.Safely and efficiently transfer products without compromising quality.Accurately document cleaning, sanitizing, and transfer activities in designated logs. Support Lean & Quality StandardsMaintain compliance with SOPs and work instructions.Support and follow 5S and Lean manufacturing practices.Maintain attention to detail to ensure product integrity and quality. Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety procedures and company guidelines.Maintain a clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsManufacturing experience preferred but not required - training provided.Experience in quality systems or Lean/5S environment is a plus.Ability to read, write, and follow procedures in English.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately and safely. Work Environment & ScheduleIndoor manufacturing environment.Frequent standing and walking; occasional lifting as required.Weekday Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
