What You’ll Do
- Assist our current service advisor in providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish
- Build strong relationships through transparent communication and trust
- Translate customer concerns into accurate repair orders and collaborate with technicians on cost-effective solutions
- Present services and maintenance recommendations clearly and ethically to maximize satisfaction and shop performance
- Manage records, warranties, follow-ups, and payments with precision
- Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and delivering 5-star service every time
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer for an automotive repair shop
- Self-Starter: You take initiative
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with computers, CRM platforms, and Tekmetric
- Professional, positive demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time, on-site position
- Pay: $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm — No weekends!
