Responsibilities
Build and maintain a robust client base by understanding the unique insurance needs of our New Castle community.
Explain complex policy details clearly, ensuring every client feels confident and secure in their coverage choices.
Seek out and develop new leads through community involvement and professional networking.
Prepare and deliver competitive insurance quotes that reflect our commitment to fair and comprehensive protection.
Collaborate with the broader team to refine our service standards and improve the overall client experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and policy modifications.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Proven track record in insurance sales or high-level customer consulting.
Strong comfort level with consultative selling and building rapport.
Fluency in modern insurance management software and CRM platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A genuine passion for community building and helping neighbors.
