Male caregiver immediate start

We are looking for an experienced male caregiver for a client, 7 days a week from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

The caregiver must have experience working with stroke patients and clients with paralysis, including:

• Safe transfers and proper use of a gait belt

• Toileting and personal hygiene assistance

• Bathing/washing and dressing assistance

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed

• Light housekeeping

• Assisting and encouraging the client with prescribed exercises

• Maintaining fall-prevention and safety precautions at all times

Requirements:

• Active California HCA registration

• Current TB test/clearance

• Valid Social Security Number (SSN)

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Previous hands-on experience with stroke/paralyzed clients and transfers

• Dependable, patient, professional, and physically capable of safely assisting with transfers

Immediate start available.

There is also a possibility of increasing the schedule to up to 12 hours per day in the future if the client and family are satisfied with the caregiver.
