Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour, medical, PTO, Company match retirement saving account.

We are seeking line cooks who demonstrate speed, efficiency, flexibility, cleanliness, and an eye for detail, while having fun in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a professional attitude and appearance, excellent communication and be available to work weekends. If you enjoy food, we want to hear from you!

With a from scratch menu, including local and regional proteins and vegetables, fresh fish, vegetarian, appetizers, salads, and soups, with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity.

This job requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a prep or line cook.

Job Responsibilities:

• work with team members in professional kitchen

• prep, cook, assemble, and present perfect plates

• follow all sanitation standards

• proactive mindset

General Job Duties:

• report any concerns to Sous Chef or executive chef

• comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures

• perform other duties as assigned

• provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills

• excellent time keeping

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (Required)

• Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
