Ad Service Tech

Total Control Home Services LLC is hiring a part-time Ad Service Tech to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, apprentice-style position for someone who wants to learn valuable home-service and trade skills while working alongside an experienced technician. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

What You'll Help With

Work may include:

• Insulation removal and installation
• Crawl space and attic cleanouts
• Rodent and wildlife exclusion
• Sealing entry points and minor home repairs
• Termite-related projects
• Pest control support
• Lawn care and mowing as needed
• Cleanup, sanitation, and debris removal
• Loading/unloading tools, equipment, and materials
• Other residential home-service projects

What to Expect

We want to be upfront: this is physical, hands-on work. Some jobs are dirty, hot, cold, tight, or uncomfortable. You may work outdoors, in attics, crawl spaces, basements, or other areas of a home.

Depending on the project, you may be required to wear protective equipment such as Tyvek-style suits, gloves, eye protection, and respirators.

This job is a great fit for someone who isn't afraid to sweat, get dirty, work hard, and learn skills that can be used for a lifetime.

Pay & Growth

Starting pay: $16.00–$17.50 per hour, based on experience, knowledge, and ability.

After approximately 90 days, employees may be considered for an additional $1.00–$3.00 per hour raise based on:

• Attendance and punctuality
• Work ethic and reliability
• Ability to learn
• Quality of work
• Overall performance and improvement

Additional raises and performance bonuses may also be available as you continue to develop your skills and take on more responsibility.

Daily Work Flow

Employees will use their personal vehicle to travel to the designated meeting location. From there, you will meet with the technician, load the company vehicle with the necessary tools and materials, travel to scheduled jobs, complete the day's work, return to the meeting location, and then leave in your personal vehicle.
