Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Rehab Medical Practice team. As a key member of our team, you will work in a rehabilitation facility setting, providing top-notch care to inpatients and supporting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Consult and follow up on patient care at Kindred Hospital
- Arrive at the facility in the morning to review hospital cases for the day
- Perform new consults and follow-up visits with inpatient individuals as requested by attending physicians
- Provide Rehab & Pain Management consultations to inpatient individuals at Kindred Hospital Hospital mainly.
- Identify Hospital/Clinic conversion patients VERY FLEXIBLE HOURS
- Maintain/update Hospital billing spreadsheet
- Provide coverage at Cypress or Tomball Clinics when daily Facility consults fall below the expected 12 AM and 12 PM consultations
Expected hours: 40 per week
