What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse PM at Plano ER, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care in a dynamic emergency room setting.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitoring, assessing, and addressing patient needs promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
- Upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in an emergency room setting.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
