Astra ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will oversee a caseload of clients receiving in-home, school-based, community-based, and remote ABA services throughout North Carolina.

What we expect from our BCBAs…

  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each

  • client's strengths and areas of need.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior

  • intervention programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior

  • Technicians, and other clinical team members.

  • Educate and support families while maintaining consistent communication regarding

  • client goals, progress, and treatment recommendations.

  • Review and analyze clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to promote

  • continuity of care across settings.

  • Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.

  • Maintain current knowledge of ABA research, best practices, and BACB ethical standards.

  • Ensure that clinical services comply with insurance requirements, authorizations, and documentation standards.

  • Complete clinical documentation and billing requirements accurately and on time.

Travel locally, as needed, to support clients in home, school, and community settings.

What’s required from you:

  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

  • Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst credential

  • Eligibility to provide supervision in accordance with BACB requirements

  • At least two years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder

  • Current CPR certification

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to effectively supervise and mentor clinical staff while promoting positive client outcomes
