This role is perfect for someone who values relationships, teamwork, and creating a peaceful, safe environment for residents living with memory loss.

  • Ensure residents’ care needs are met with patience, dignity, and kindness

  • Create a calm and reassuring environment for residents with memory loss

  • Ensure the home follows all safety guidelines, care standards, and state regulations

  • Help maintain the warm, family-centered culture that defines Family Partners Home

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care (leadership experience preferred)

  • A natural caregiver and calm problem-solver

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Comfort working closely with and engaging residents who have dementia or Alzheimer’s

  • Ability to lead with empathy, consistency, and respect

  • L1MA certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday rotation

  • Healthcare or Human Services Degree preferred—BSW/MSW

Why Family Partners Home?

  • Family-centered philosophy – residents are treated like loved ones

  • Supportive leadership that values your voice and experience

  • Meaningful work where your presence truly matters

  • Competitive pay and benefits

  • Ongoing training and growth opportunities

  • Opportunity to grow within a respected senior living organization
