We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Evening Manager who will help guide our home through the evening hours with warmth, structure, and heart. This role is perfect for someone who values relationships, teamwork, and creating a peaceful, safe environment for residents living with memory loss.
Schedule: Evenings | 1pm-9pm Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40-hours/week
What This Role Means
As the Evening Manager, you are more than a supervisor—you are a steady presence for residents, a support for caregivers, and a trusted partner for families. You help ensure evenings feel calm, comfortable, and familiar.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, educate, and support caregivers
Ensure residents’ care needs are met with patience, dignity, and kindness
Create a calm and reassuring environment for residents with memory loss
Assist with staffing, shift coordination, and hands-on care as needed
Communicate thoughtfully with families and day leadership
Respond to resident needs, concerns, or emergencies with confidence and compassion
Ensure the home follows all safety guidelines, care standards, and state regulations

What We’re Looking For
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care (leadership experience preferred)
A natural caregiver and calm problem-solver
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfort working closely with and engaging residents who have dementia or Alzheimer’s
Ability to lead with empathy, consistency, and respect
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
L1MA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday rotation

Healthcare or Human Services Degree preferred—BSW/MSW
