What You'll Do

• Run daily operations alongside the GM from opening to close
• Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams through coaching, training, and culture-building
• Own the guest experience on every visit and handle concerns with professionalism and care
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Drive sales and maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
• Keep the operation in full compliance with health and safety requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate a team and hold the standard under pressure
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, inventory management, and cost control
• A genuine guest-first mindset and the interpersonal skills to back it up
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
