Customer Experience Specialist (Up to $25 per hour)

Camargo Cadillac is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to help our customers get the most out of their new Cadillac.

No automotive experience is required — we provide paid training!

If you’re friendly, comfortable with technology, and enjoy helping people, this could be a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry. This is NOT a sales position. You won’t be cold calling customers or trying to sell vehicles. Instead, you’ll work one-on-one with customers after they purchase their Cadillac, helping them learn the features and technology inside their new vehicle.

If you’ve worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, wireless/mobile phone sales, electronics, or another people-focused role, we’d love to meet you.

• Help customers personalize vehicle and driver settings
• Explain safety, convenience, and infotainment features
• Answer questions in a friendly and easy-to-understand way
• Follow up with customers who need additional technology assistance
• Complete paid Cadillac product and technology training
• Help ensure every customer leaves feeling comfortable and confident with their new vehicle

• Are comfortable with smartphones, apps, tablets, and everyday technology
• Have customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar experience
• Are patient and good at explaining things
