Keowee Marina is looking for an Experienced Marine Service Foreman to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. If you have a love for the water, a knack for leadership, and at least five years of experience in marine service, we want to hear from you!

As an Experienced Marine Service Foreman, you’ll play a key role in overseeing our marine service operations. You’ll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance, and help uphold the exceptional service standards that Keowee Marina is known for.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the marine service department.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to deliver top-notch service.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and servicing of boats to ensure quality and safety.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall marina operations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marine service or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of boat maintenance, repair, and servicing.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
