RN Unit Manager-Nursing Home

Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Salary: $100K to $115K range (based on experience)

Qualifications of the RN Unit Manager-Nursing Home:

• Must have Pennsylvania RN license

• Priro nurse management experience in long term care

• Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience

• Excellent leadership skills and abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.

Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.

Assess patient nursing care needs and prepares and carries out a nursing care plan.

Collaborates with medical staff in care and treatment of patients.

Provides accurately descriptive records of the medical treatment and nursing care of patients.

Deliver hands-on care and medication administration as needed

Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families

Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management
