Alliance Workforce is hiring dependable Boxers for a warehouse opportunity in Tampa. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable packaging materials, working on their feet, and keeping up in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Box and package rolls of paper and finished materials
• Prepare products for shipping or storage
• Label, stack, and organize completed boxes
• Inspect materials for quality before packaging
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, packing, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 20–40 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
