Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their unique risk management needs.
Draft and present competitive insurance proposals tailored to individual and family goals.
Review existing client policies annually to ensure coverage keeps pace with life changes.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.
Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of complex policy details during consultations.
Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty insurance producer license in Connecticut.
Minimum of three years of experience managing a book of personal lines insurance.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships over time.
Strong command of agency management software and digital document filing systems.
Advanced understanding of coverage forms and risk assessment techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
