What You’ll Be Doing

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of R.J.'s Bob-Be-Que Shack. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain a high standard of service and food quality.
• Managing and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Handling scheduling, inventory, and ordering to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Addressing customer feedback and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitoring financial performance, including budgets and sales goals.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
• A passion for food and hospitality, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
