Field Diesel Systems Technician

Based in San Antonio, TX, you will operate as a mobile diesel expert—driving to customer locations, pinpointing issues quickly, and keeping their vehicles and equipment running at peak performance. • Run comprehensive diagnostics on diesel engines and related equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of diesel-powered vehicles.
• Repair or replace components such as fuel delivery systems, transmissions, and electrical subsystems.
• Document all inspections, repairs, and maintenance with clear, accurate records.
• Explain findings, options, and timelines to customers in a professional, service-focused manner.
• Stay current with new tools, techniques, and advancements in diesel technology.
• Work on-site in alignment with all applicable safety procedures and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in diesel mechanics is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a diesel technician or mechanic.
• Deep understanding of diesel engines, systems, and components.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and travel to different job sites as required.
