Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and positioning
- Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team
- Support fall prevention and safety initiatives
- Document care provided according to agency policies
- Collaborate with families and office staff to ensure exceptional client care
Qualifications
Required:
- Active PCA/HHA/CNA certification
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional and dependable work ethic
Preferred:
- Home care experience
- Experience working with dementia or Alzheimer's clients
