What You'll Do Advanced Diagnostics & Repair

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns with precision and confidence
• Troubleshoot engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking, HVAC, and electronic systems using systematic problem-solving approaches
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, OEM service information, scan tools, and specialized testing equipment to identify root causes efficiently
• Verify repairs through comprehensive testing and quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction

Modern Vehicle Technology

• Diagnose and service vehicle computer systems, sensors, modules, and network communications with expertise
• Perform software updates, calibrations, and programming when required to keep vehicles operating at peak performance
• Stay current on hybrid, electric vehicle, and emerging automotive technologies through continuous professional development

Customer & Team Support

• Communicate complex technical findings in clear, accessible language that customers can easily understand
• Assist service advisors with accurate recommendations and detailed repair estimates to build customer confidence
• Mentor and support developing technicians, actively helping elevate shop performance and technical expertise across the team

Quality, Safety & Productivity

• Maintain exceptional workmanship standards while consistently achieving productivity goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer repair standards to ensure workplace safety and vehicle reliability
• Accurately document inspections, findings, repairs, and recommendations for quality assurance and customer records

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician certification (preferred)
• ASE Certifications (A1–A8)
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Advanced automotive diagnostic capability with proven track record
• Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Proven engine performance and drivability diagnosis experience
• Proficiency using scan tools, diagnostic software, and specialized testing equipment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, OEM service information, and repair procedures fluently

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) service experience
• Advanced engine performance diagnostics expertise
• Leadership or mentoring experience with other technicians
• Manufacturer-specific certifications
• Experience with multiple diagnostic platforms and software systems
