What You’ll Do

-You’ll take charge of daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising store staff to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Overseeing inventory management, including ordering and stocking pharmacy supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing knowledgeable support.
- Creating schedules and managing workflow to optimize productivity.
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to deliver excellent service and care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate with a passion for customer service and strong organizational skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail management role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred) to assist a diverse customer base.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
